Rhubarb Lemonade

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Rhubarb                                            - 2 cups Water
- 3 cups Sugar                                             - 1 level tbsp. Citric Acid
.
Directions:
Cook rhubarb for 15 minutes, then sift through a cheesecloth. Boil juice again with citric acid. Add colouring if desired.
