Mix - Peel Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Hot Water
- 1/2 cup Mix Peel
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Cloves
- 1 tsp. All-Spice
- 2 tbsp. Margarine

Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Combine butter, water and mix peel. Add beaten egg to water mixture. Add dry ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
