This is not too bad of an apartment, but one of its biggest challenges is there is no insuite laundry so the laundromat in the basement must be used. The other challenge is that there is no dishwasher so the dishes pile up fast in the sink and on the counter, therefore the dishes must always be done soon or the apartment fast looks messy. There's only one sink too, so it is easier to use one of the larger dishes such as a bowl, than to pull out the extra tub from underneath the sink. The easier it is to do, the faster I will do it.
